QUANTITY SURVEYOR - Ref: 920721. Competitive Salary / Qatar.

Our client is responsible for overseeing all infrastructure related projects as well as public facilities in Qatar. They act as the government body to ensure all related projects within the state adhere to the policies and procedures, whilst ensuring quality by providing expert advice. Our client brings expertise and experience in planning, design, delivery and maintenance of building and engineering projects.

The company assists in maximizing value and minimizing cost to manage risks in their infrastructure programs and in the management of these assets. As part of their 20 year development and sustainability programs they are now looking to add further talent to their project team in the form of Quantity Surveyors. Our client is looking to recruit more than ten QS’s before mid October to join the team on various infrastructural and build related projects within the state.

As a minimum you will bring over ten years experience coupled with a BSc Degree in quantity surveying, candidates without this will not be considered for this particular program. In addition you will have MRICS certification and extensive knowledge and experience in procurement methods for consultancy and construction contracts as well as international contracting conditions and laws.
