THE COMPANY - For a multinational FMCG company. THE
OPPORTUNITY - As Food Service Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing volume and revenue in keyassigned Food Service Accounts, acquiring new Food Service Accounts for the Middle East and Pakistan and working closely with supply chain, marketing, PD & sales operations to improve customer satisfaction. You will identify market potential in order to establish new accounts, achieve food service sales volume, revenues and profitability. You should have strong business development skills combined with a patient approach to attaining strategic complex cost and profit sector business with the ability to deal at all levels from Unit Head Chefs and Contract Catering Managers through to buyer level. You will monitor and evaluate pricing contracts with customers so as to provide products and a service that meets standards of quality. You must have in-depth understanding of the market situation including existing technologies and trends.

REQUIRED SKILLS, ATTRIBUTES & EXPERIENCE
• The ideal candidate will have Degree in Hospitality Management, Food Technology or equivalent professional qualification.
• You should have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within a multinational food industry environment in the region.
• Established contacts in the food service industry essential.
• Experience at key account and multi-site level business preferred with a track record in food service sales to the hotels, restaurants, leisure industries.
• You must have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and display excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Arabic an advantage.
• You should have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within a multinational food industry environment in the region.
